ALTHOUGH THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO MANAGE PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH LBP, A TRAINING PROGRAM THAT SERVES THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING SPINAL CONDITIONING WHILE AVOIDING THE EXACERBATION AND RECURRENCE OF SYMPTOMS IS IDEAL.
