Economically-Based Acceptance Sampling Plans

The most significant advancement in the field of quality control have occurred since the 1920\u27s with the development of statistical quality contol. A major area of statistical quality control is acceptance sampling, in which the decision to either accept or reject a lot is based on the result of a sample from that lot.
