According to educational thoughts, Duy Tan movement was an educational revolution in Vietnam in the beginning of the 20th century which was a modern and scientific trend. Phan Chau trinh (1872-1926), the leader of Duy Tan movement suggested three main points of the movement: “People’s knowledge development” (“Khai dân trí”), ”People’s spirit adjustment” (”chấn dân khí”), ”People’s welfare caring” (”hậu dân sinh”).
