The paper highlights availability and adequate of instructional resources and time allocated for further mathematics instructions in Kogi State. The population for the study is 600 comprised of 100 further mathematics teachers and 500 further mathematics students from among which 52 teachers and 300 students were sampled. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire designed by the researchers. The instruments were validated by specialists in mathematics educations and measurement and evaluation. The reliability co-efficient of 0.81 and 0.91 were obtained for teachers and students respectively.
