In this presentation I will discuss my experiences as an Exercise Science intern at Competitive Edge Sports Performance. The presentation will provide key insights into CES Performance, what I have learned, and some examples of the equipment used at the CES facility . The presentation will also provide examples of the drills that are performed every day at CES Performance, such as resistance drills, over-speed drills, and reaction drills. I will also share the experiences I had training athletes at all levels
