The purpose of this study was to look at student stereotypical images of scientists and provide a treatment that changes the student images of scientist. To do so, this study included two research questions; (1) How prevalent are stereotypical images of scientists in middle school students; and (2) To what extent does a Video Intervention Program (VIP) affect student stereotypes? The participants were 198 6th grade students. This study employed one group pre-test and post-test research design.
