社会福祉援助技術現場実習の現状 : 今後の研究に向けて

In this report, the present situation of field practice of social work skills is examined. We destributed a questionaire to students who finished practice. As a result, the following facts became clear. A large majority of the students were satisfied with the practice. Students who had practice with facilities or organizations which were specified by the students\u27 schools were extremely satisfied with their practice. On the other hand, students who had practice with facilities or organizations which they requested were dissatisfied with thieir practice. The students were strongly dissatisfied by the facilities of organizations that regarded the students as part of the labor force. The students were very satisfied with the facilities or organizations that had sound supervision. With the field practice experience, the students learning conation has improved. The students\u27 conation to work in the welfare field is high. The student hope to have field practice in their junior year
