After the 1990\u27s, the economic gap is quickly spreading under high growth. The gap within income hierarchies and regions, and urban-rural gap are especially paid to attention. But the gap is mainly caused from the urban-rural gap in China. Then, The reasons of the income gap expansion between urban-rural include income level, marketization, social security system, educational difference, and public financial expenditure, etc. In this paper, I used panel data on various regional, to describe the situation of income gap and its reasons respectively
