Abstract

St. Andrew University has derived its school motto from Jesus? words of calling: ?SEQUIMINI ME? (Mk. 1: 17). Following Jesus like Andrew did, thus, became the spirit of establishing St. Andrew University which is interpreted as signifying, at least within the context of the idea of a university, ?the spirit of liberty and love.?
