(1) The deduction formula for dielectric constant e of the powder solids was determined experimentally. We can measure the dielectric constant of powder by this equation[cf. (11\u27)]from measured apparent dielectric constant E when the powder sample packed up in a cell with the volume ratio p. (2) Comparison was made on this equation with the old equations. (3) By applying this equation to 8 kinds of powder of unknown or uncertainly determined dielectric constents, the values are determined, some of them have been found to disagree with the International Critical Tables (1929 Ed.).
