Abstract With the increasing number of the student using cars for traveling to campus, Petra Christian University needs to implement parking management strategy to optimize current parking supply. One of those potentially parking management strategies is difference parking facilities between students those who drive alone or Single-Occupancy Vehicle and ride-sharing or High-Occupancy Vehicle. The aim of this study is to obtain mode choice model between Single-Occupancy Vehicle Single-Occupancy Vehicle and High-Occupancy Vehicle with three attributes, which are the parking fee, time to find empty parking space, and walking time from parking lot to campus building.
