BАCK GROUND: Individuals with diabetes mellitus have a two to fourfold increase in the rate of peripheral arterial disease. Peripheral arterial disease is a slow and progressive disease with systemic atherosclerosis. Lower extremity exercise helps to re-establish collateral blood flow to the legs and the heart. The аim of the study is to assess the effectiveness of buerger allen exercise on levels of lower extremity perfusion among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in selected hospitals at Kanniyakumari District.
