AIM OF THE STUDY: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of MSE-2 on the Mid-palatal and Circum-maxillary suture using Cone beam computerized tomography. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This observational study included 5 subjects between the age group of 19-25 years who required maxillary expansion and were treated with Maxillary Skeletal Expander -2 (MSE-2). Three-dimensional evaluation of the changes before and after expansion was evaluated. The statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software.
