This is a prospective study comparing Exteriorisation versus Insitu repair of uterine incision in primary cesarean section of 400 randomly selected woman who are attending AN clinic at Chengalpattu Medical College. They were compared based on Duration of surgery, Intra op blood loss, Intra op and Post op nausea and vomiting, duration of hospital stay, wound infection and post op fall in Hemoglobin. This study concluded that there were no significant difference in the duration of hospital stay, wound infection, intra op and post op nausea and vomiting whereas there was significant difference in duration of surgery and amount of blood loss and post op fall in Hemoglobin
