AIMS OF THE STUDY: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of immediate haemodynamic changes of kapalabhati pranayama on healthy volunteers. OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the effects of kapalabhati pranayama on haemodynamic changes. Primary variables are Heart Rate (HR), Stroke volume (SV), Cardiac output (CO). TYPE OF THE STUDY: Single group Pre and post Experimental study. METHOD: After obtaining informed consent, the selected individuals were subjected to KB training.
