CONCLUSION: 1. Success of the orthognathic treatment, depends not only on clinical outcome but also depends on patients perception and satisfaction of the whole treatment. 2. It is important to implement more effective pre-treatment preparation programs for orthognathic surgery patients. Those facing orthognathic surgery need to know what is going to take place, how it will change their appearance, what risks they are taking, and what problems they might encounter. 3.
