CONCLUSION: 1. Chronic glomerulonephritis is the commonest cause of Chronic kidney disease in the study population. 2. More than three fourth of patients presented with stage 5 Chronic kidney disease for the first time. 3. Less than half of the patients received renal replacement treatment. 4. Complications like anemia and hyperphosphatemia increased with progression of stage of Chronic kidney disease. 5. Cardiovascular disease in Chronic kidney disease is more common in the presence of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Hyperphosphatemia. 6.
