OBJECTIVES: To compare the effects of lumbar stabilization exercises, Mckenzie exercises and conventional exercises on pain, function and lumbar range of motion in patients with mechanical low back pain. STUDY DESIGN: Quasi experimental study design. STUDY SETTING: Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital, Coimbatore. SAMPLE SIZE AND INTERVENTION: 21 patients with mechanical low back pain who met the inclusion criteria were selected.
