OBJECTIVE: To find out the effectiveness of repetitive bilateral leg training along with conventional therapy in improving lower extremity motor function in MCA stroke patients. METHOD: The study conducted was an experimental comparative approach. Sample of 30 subjects satisfying the criteria were divided into two groups, control (group A) and experimental (group B). Control group received range of motion exercises, functional mobility exercises, strengthening exercises, balance training, gait training. For experimental group, in addition to conventional physiotherapy repetitive bilateral leg training was given. Treatment was given for 3 weeks.
