A Study to Determine the Effectiveness of Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique on Stress, Anxiety and Depression in Infertile Women at a Selected Hospital, Erode. Evaluative approach with pre-experimental design was used for this study where non-probability convenience sampling technique was used to select the samples. Structured interview schedule was used to collect data from 40 samples regarding the level of stress, anxiety and depression. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings revealed that, among 40 samples, 24 (60%) samples had mild stress in pre-test whereas only 1(2.5%) sample had mild stress and 39 (97.5%) samples had no stress in post-test.
