The prevalence of diabetes is rapidly increasing all over the globe at an alarming rate over the past 30 years. Several factors increase the risk of Type II Diabetes Mellitus, including being overweight, family history of diabetes and a number of lifestyle factors including diet, habits, and lack of physical activity.
