The aim of this study was to utilize polarized light microscope for the assessment of the efficacy of CPP-ACP, NovaMin and Amine Fluoride pastes on remineralization of enamel over time. 40 teeth were used for the study which was divided into 4 groups: Group A (n=10): Recaldent (casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate) was used as a remineralizing agent. Group B (n=10): NovaMin (Calcium Sodium Phosphosilicate) was used as a remineralizing agent. Group C (n=10): Amine fluoride was used as a remineralizing agent.
