This Literature studies revealed that no method has been reported using Difference Spectroscopy, MBTH Reagent, HPTLC and RP-HPLC for the estimation of Tolterodine tartarate in the single dosage form. Hence, the aim and plan of study of this work is as given below: Method Development and Validation for the Estimation of Tolterodine tartarate from the Tablet dosage form by Difference Spectroscopy. Development of Validated Visible Spectrophotometric Method for the Estimation of Tolterodine tartarate from the Tablet dosage form. Method Development and Validation for the Estimation of Tolterodine tartarate from the Tablet dosage form by HPTLC. Method Development and Validation for the Estimation of Tolterodine tartarate from the Tablet dosage form by RP-HPLC
