This study is to investigate the effect and mechanical properties against the wood plastic composite (WPC) that were produced through the addition of coupling agent, the various processing methods, and the loading-addition percentages of recycled woods flour. The mixture ratio of HDPE to wood flour (WF) are 9:1, 8:2, 7:3, and 6:4 , while the test specimens prepared are into various composition, such as the Normal WPC (HDPE + WF), the WPC with coupling agent (CA) addition, and the WPC with CA and PPB mixture. The single way and two way processing methods were also applied for final sample preparation procedure, besides hot compression molding.
