Clima laboral en el rendimiento de los empleados de las PYMES en el Ecuador

The analysis of the working environment within the companies is of great importance to guarantee the effective performance of the employees within the organization. The objective of this work is focused on studying each of the variables that can affect the performance caused by the working environment within the company. A systematic study of the literature has been conducted considering the guidelines provided in the following works (Budgen et al., 2007; Kitchenham and Charters, 2007; Petersen et al., 2008). The results obtained in this systematic study were the obtaining of information making known the different criteria, which are considered relevant for the performance of the employees.  It was concluded that a good working environment ensures maximum performance for employees to develop their work activities with more efficiency and commitment to the company.El análisis del clima laboral dentro de las empresas resulta de gran importancia para garantizar el desempeño efectivo de los empleados. Por lo que el objetivo de este trabajo está enfocado a estudiar cada una de las variables que pueden afectar el rendimiento ocasionado por el clima laboral dentro de la empresa. Se ha realizado un estudio sistemático de la literatura considerando las pautas que se proporcionan en los siguientes trabajos (Budgen et al., 2007; Kitchenham and Charters, 2007; Petersen et al., 2008). Los resultados obtenidos en este estudio sistemático fueron la obtención de información que dió a conocer los distintos criterios, los cuales se consideran relevantes para el rendimiento de los empleados.  Se llegó a la conclusión de que un buen clima laboral garantiza un máximo desempeño para que los empleados desarrollen sus actividades laborales con más eficiencia y compromiso con la empresa
