This qualitative method provides the latest information about the Hospital so descriptive study with qualitative approach these authors use to tell, interpret and describe the authors obtained data from observation, interviews and documentation so that authors can draw conclusions. The results prove the existence of Community Hospital care and the environment, thus implementation of Social Responsibility by dr Hospital. H. Moh. Anwar (hospitals) Sumenep. have been properly implemented in accordance with the objective to achieve (Sustainable Growth) sustainable growth
