Morrow Hall was constructed in 1960 and originally named for the fourth president of the University, Warmouth T. Gibbs keeping this name until 1979. That year it was renamed Alma I. Morrow Hall for the woman who was the director of the library from 1935 to 1957 and an active civic and community member as well.https://digital.library.ncat.edu/campusbuildings/1034/thumbnail.jp
