Introduction: Numerous studies reported the association between the striatal dopamine D2 receptors and motor and cognitive functions (1, 2). However, the cognitive functions such as memory or executive functions are more relevant to the extrastriatal regions. With the introduction of high-affinity radioligands, such as [11C]FLB 457, it has become possible to visualize and quantify extrastriatal D2 receptors by positron emission tomography (PET) (3). We aimed to investigate the relationship between D2 receptors in the extrastriatal regions and performance of broad spectrum of cognitive functions including memory, language, attention, and executive function in young healthy subjects.Neuroreceptor Mapping 200
