The ionizing radiation survey meter is an indispensable radiation detector in case of the radiation accident or the nuclear accident, and it is used as a typical equipment in the daily radiation control of radiation facilities. The survey meter measures dose rate (mSv/h) or count rate (min-1, sec-1). In general, about 30 sec per each place is necessary for the measurement, and the time of about 60 sec per each place is necessary for a more accurate measurement. The method, which predicts the final value at the initial stage without waiting for the final response has been proposed for the rapid measurement.SICE200
