Level of motor development in the context of the child's physical activity

This bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of physical activity as well as physical capability on motor development of children of school and pre-school age. Ontogenesis of motor activity until the early schooling age together with particular testing batteries which are testing motor activity and capability of an individual are considered to be the main subjects of this research. The author mainly focuses on the composition, credibility, advantages, but also disadvantages of the usage of the previously mentioned testing. The emphasis is placed on the usage of testing batteries in international and foreign studies which provide the evidence of a relationship between physical activity and the stage of development of motor skills.
