Nastawienie na sukces w kontekście pozytywnej orientacji i poczucia własnej skuteczności

The article refers to the concept of hope for the success of C.R. Snyder (2002), the theory of positive orientation presented by G.V. Caprara et al. (2009) and the socio-cognitive theory of A. Bandura (1997) referring to the belief in self-efficacy. The aim of the research was to determine the differences between the declared level of attitude towards success and the positive orientation and sense of effectiveness of the surveyed students. 85 students of UMCS pedagogy in Lublin took part in the research (14 men, 71 women). The study used the following research tools: the Hope for Success (KNS) Questionnaire, the Positive Orientation Scale (Skala-P) and the Scale for Generalized Own Effectiveness (GSES). Statistical analyzes were carried out using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of our research indicate significant differences between the level of hope for success in people with different levels of positive orientation (p < 0,001) as well as the level of self-efficacy (p < 0,001).W artykule odwołano się do koncepcji nadziei na sukces C.R. Snydera (2002), teorii pozytywnej orientacji przedstawionej przez G.V. Caprarę i in. (2009) oraz społeczno-poznawczej teorii A. Bandury (1997), odnoszącej się do przekonania o własnej skuteczności. Celem badań było określenie różnic między deklarowanym poziomem nastawienia na sukces a pozytywną orientacją i poczuciem skuteczności badanych studentów. W badaniach wzięło udział 85 studentów pedagogiki UMCS w Lublinie (14 mężczyzn, 71 kobiet). Wykorzystano następujące narzędzia badawcze: Kwestionariusz Nadziei na Sukces (KNS), Skalę Orientacji Pozytywnej (Skala-P) oraz Skalę Uogólnionej Własnej Skuteczności (GSES). Analizy statystyczne przeprowadzono z zastosowaniem testu Kruskala-Wallisa. Wyniki badań własnych wskazują na istotne różnice między poziomem nadziei na sukces u osób o różnym poziomie pozytywnej orientacji (p < 0,001) oraz własnej skuteczności (p < 0,001)
