Psychoterapia wśród studentów. Stan aktualny i potrzeby

In the last few years the number of students with psychological problems increased. Current studies prove that students struggle with more psychological problems than people in the same age that don’t study. Mental health disorders appear to be a very important problem in academic society. At the moment any worked out standards for these kind of problems don’t exist yet. Main purpose of this article is to represent psychotherapy as an effective form of treatment of mental and emotional disorders. Psychotherapy is depicted on a background of currently functioning forms of psychological support for students in academic environment.W ostatnich latach rośnie liczba studentów z objawami różnych zaburzeń psychicznych. Dostępne badania potwierdzają, że studenci zgłaszają więcej problemów psychicznych niż porównywalna wiekowo grupa osób niestudiujących. Zaburzenia zdrowia psychicznego studentów wydają się istotnym problemem społeczności akademickiej. Ten problem nie doczekał się jeszcze wypracowanych sposobów i standardów rozwiązywania. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie psychoterapii jako skutecznej formy leczenia zaburzeń psychicznych i emocjonalnych.
