The aim of neuropsychological diagnosing of a patient with CNS pathology is, among others, description of his cognitive, emotional, and social difficulties. Patients often report a feeling of frustration and lost giving different reasons for their. They are often recognized by diagnostics and relatives as an indicator of real difficulties, and they determine the direction of (neuro)psychological help. Proper clinical qualification of these complaints in relation to symptoms and in relation to the clinical characteristics of aetiological factors allows to make a correct neuropsychological diagnosis.
