МАРКЕТИНГОВИЙ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТ ПРОМИСЛОВОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА В ПІДВИЩЕННІ ЙОГО КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ

The article proves the necessity of using the principles and methods of marketing management to assess and identify areas in order to increase competitiveness of industrial enterprises. The research of competitive level is made on the example of export-oriented industrial enterprise – PJSC «Zaporozhye Ferroalloys plant». The use of marketing management methods (SPACE analysis, BCG matrix and McKinsey matrix) allowed determining the policies to increase its competitive capacity, describe behavior and identify critical factor in the functioning of PJSC « Zaporozhye Ferroalloys plant», define the product whose position in the world market of ferroalloys is most profitable and attractive for the enterprise.В статті обґрунтована необхідність використання принципів та методів маркетингового менеджменту для оцінки та визначення напрямів підвищення конкурентоспроможності промислового підприємства. Дослідження рівня конкурентоспроможності проведене на прикладі експортно-орієнтованого промислового підприємства – ПАТ «Запорізький завод феросплавів». Використання методів маркетингового менеджменту (SPACE-аналіз, матриці BCG і McKinsey) дозволило визначити напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності, описати поведінку та позначити критичний фактор функціонування ПАТ «ЗФЗ», визначити продукт, який займає більш вигідну та привабливу для підприємства позицію на світовому ринку феросплавів
