This paper analyses the effects of the university employment guidance system on the opportunities for new graduates in the labor market, The data were taken from a complete survey conducted on employment guidunce and equivelant organizations in all universities. Our analysis focused on the comparison between national and private universities. The empirical findings may be summarized as follows: 1) There are many ways university students find a job after graduation. More than half of the students in humanities and liberal arts find a job through free applications.
