The University of the Air is a new university, characterized by the broadcasting of lectures through its own radio and television broadcasting facilities. The investigation is mainly concerned with student behavior in learning from broadcast lectures. As a result of personal interviews with more than one hundred students at various study centers of the University, it has been found that students who watched TV lectures "on time" (i.e. at their regularly scheduled broadcast time) had a high rate of successfully passing courses and getting credit for them. The "On Time TV Watching" is thought to be effective on motivating or pace making for student to learn at a distance
