In this article the author develops a theological-liturgical thought which involves content and methodological forms aiming at the creation of a liturgical theology of liberation. Latin American liberation theology forged a vast field of theological knowledge but never was fully interested in the field of liturgy. To fill this void, the author proposes to think of liberation theology based on a liturgical praxis, that is, considering how the whole life of the poor, if lived totally in liturgical practice can become the first step of theology, thus making the liturgical/theological thinking the second theological act.
