This presentation was given at the 2016 Electronic Resources & Libraries (ER&L) Conference in Austin, Texas.A group of librarians at University of Houston Libraries conducted a usability study to find out how users complete common research tasks using the library’s discovery system. The methodology, results, and impacts of the study are presented. The presentation includes audio and screen recordings from the study to provide examples.Librarie
