UND Law School Dean Kathryn R.L. Rand along with Steve Light, UND Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs were invited to appear on Prairie Public Television\u27s Pulse Pulse program to discuss the new edition of their third book, Indian Gaming Law & Policy (Carolina Academic Press, 2nd ed., 2014). The pair discussed what the book addresses, what spiked their interest in Indian gaming, the economic and social impacts in North Dakota and throughout the U.S. along with other topics. The episode aired on January 2, 2015, with subsequent rebroadcasts. PBS will offer this program as part of their on demand line up in the near future
