Dean Kathryn Rand recently participated in a conference at Stanford Law School. Titled Contemporary Issues in Indian Law , the conference was organized by the Stanford Native American Law Student Association. Dean Rand spoke as part of a panel on Tribal Gaming and Tribal-State Compacting.
