The University of North Dakota\u27s Department of Political Science and Public Administration, in conjunction with Pi Sigma Alpha / Public Affairs Club and the Master of Public Administration Student Organization (MPASO), will commemorate Constitution Day and Citizenship Day, at 5 p.m., Monday, Sept. 17, in Gamble Hall. The University community and public are invited to the event for a viewing of Great Discussion, with Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, on the uniqueness and importance of the constitutional order of the United States.
