Power systems have increased in size and complexity and national society depends heavily upon a high level of power system reliability. When the bulk transmission system is subjected to large disturbances there is the possibility of a system wide blackout due to cascading outages. After a partial blackout or system breakdown condition, restoring power system is needed and then power needs to be restored as quickly, stability and reliability as possible and consequently.
