This article was produced in the context of an investigation project, which is still in progress, and which relates to the processes of the curricular development of high school education as a consequence of the approval of the (Argentinian) National Law of Education (Nº 26206). To focus on the curricular structures means that the importance of a change within this structure in a new high education is justified.
