Peranan Camat Dalam Mengkoordinasikan Ketentraman dan Ketertiban Umum di kecamatan Kampar Kiri Hilir Kabupaten Kampar

This research is based on phenomena related to peace and public order, as well as tranquility phenomena such as theft, citien fights, gambling and wild races and order phenomena such as the presense of traders in the market as well as the imposition of motorcycle parking. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the subdistrict head in coordinating peace and public order in Kampar Kiri Hilir sub-district, Kampar Regency. In line with study the population that the authors use is the apparatus of the sub-district police chief of the village head of the traditional village head and the number of people. For sampling the author uses two techniques, namely cencus or saturated samling, namely sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples This is because the population is relatively small or less than 30 people and purposive sampling is a deliberate sampling technique. Researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations the author uses primary data and secondary data obtained from the Kampar Kiri Hilir sub-district office, Kampar Regency. Then to collect the author’s data using interview questionnaire and documentation observation technique. From the results of research in the field that the authors do the role of the subdistrict head in coordinating peace and public order that is in the moderately role category with responses of respondents 50 of 70 or 49.75% which are in the interval of 34% to 66%. The factors that inhibit the implementation of the coordinating of the lower left Kampar Sub-District are that many of the village apparatus and related components do not attend meetings held by the sub-district head and the village or related must focus on rebuilding Siskamling ineffective coordination causes the Camat with Satpol PP to carry out their duties not going wel
