Pengaruh Additive dari CMC Batang Pisang Nangka dan Pisang Batu Terhadap Filtration Loss dan Compressive Strength Pada Semen Pemboran

Banana tree trunks have a high cellulose content of around 63-64% but the process is relatively short, this makes the banana tree trunks as the raw material for making carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is a cellulose derivative compound that is biodegradable, colorless, nontoxic, non-toxic, or toxic which dissolves in the air. Of the two types of CMC from banana stone stems (Musa balbisiana) and jackfruit banana stems (Musa × paradisiaca) in Riau - Central Sumatra, CMC studies of banana streams are needed for filtration loss and compressive strength in drilling cement. To determine the effect of CMC samples, CMC was made and drilling cement was tested at the Petroleum Engineering Laboratory - Islamic University of Riau. The process of making CMC from banana stems starts from sample cutting, boiling, washing, compaction, sample bleaching, alkalization process, CMC synthesis, neutralizing, storing samples and filtering samples to become CMC powder. After that, the filtration loss test and the coompressive strength of the drilling cement with a concentration of 0%, 0.2%, 0.6%, 1% and 1.4% were carried out. Filtration loss from tea with additive CMC of jackfruit banana stems, the right results were at a concentration of 1% 248.66 ml / minute and 1.4% 239.89 ml / minute. The CMC banana rock additive at a concentration of 1% 240.99 ml / minute and 1.4% 230.89 ml / minute. In testing the compressive strength data that can be accessed from CMC, jackfruit banana with a concentration of 0.6%, 636,4603, 0.6% 763,896, 1% 916,319, 1,4% 1178,125 psi. For CMC additives the banana stone stems were obtained with a concentration of 0.2% 691,502, 0.6% 842,615, 1% 907,072 and 1,4% 1175,992 psi.
