Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Kerja Dinas Perhubungan Dalam Menertibkan Mobil Bertonase Besar yang Masuk Kedalam Kawasan Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the Work Program of the Department of Transportation in Curbing the Large tonase Cars Entering the Pekanbaru City Region, as well as to find out the obstacles faced by the Transportation Department of Pekanbaru in implementing the Work Program. The indicators of this study are Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, Accuracy. This type of research located in Pekanbaru's Transportation Department is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes questionnaire lists as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives in the studied location. The population used in this study is the Head of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service, Traffic Management and Engineering Section, Pekanbaru Commission IV DPRD City, and Heavy tonase Truck Owner / Driver. The sampling technique used in determining individual samples is saturated sampling techniques for the population of Head of Transportation Service and Traffic Engineering Management Section and also Representative of Commission IV of Pekanbaru City DPRD, and accidental sampling techniques for Truck Owners / Drivers, types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data was collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Work Program Evaluation of the Transportation Agency in Curbing Large Bertonase Cars Entering the Pekanbaru City Area was at the "Enoughly Implemented" assessment interval. where this result is obtained by collecting data in accordance with the method described above
