In Islam, character is a fundamental matter to build people’s characters, therefore the teachers of Islamic studies must be able to build Islamic characters on students. The signs of students’ behaviours previously namely: there were some students chatting when the implementation of teaching and learning activities took place, there were some students who came late when religious activities were conducted, and some of the others still disturbed friends while the teacher was delivering tausiyah.
