The research objective was to find out the Task Implementation of Controlling Section of the Operational Section of the Public Order and Public Order of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department in Controlling Business Sites in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. The theoretical concept used according to Nugroho (2004: 3) with the specified indicators is taken from the task of the Controlling Section. The quantitative research method is descriptive type through population and samples originating from the Satpol PP and Fire Department as well as communities around the location of unauthorized businesses. The sampling technique is carried out in census and accrualial sampling techniques. Where the types and sources of data used primary data and secondary data through interview data collection techniques, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the research show that the Implementation of the Controlling Section of the Control Section of the Operations of Public Order and Public Order of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department in Controlling Business Sites in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency can be said to have been carried out in controlling shops / stalls / shops that are not licensed. The implementation of the tasks and functions of the Pelalawan District Civil Service Police and Fire Brigade Unit in controlling business temples, especially business places without permits, have several factors that become obstacles to their implementation. The inhibiting factor is in the form of internal Satpol PP, namely the condition of human resources and community factors, namely the low participation of the community to report actions that violate the rules and lack of public awareness to protect the environment from things that cause disruption of order and public peace.
