Peranan Camat Dalam Membina Administrasi Pemerintah Desa Di Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis

Sub-district government is the level of government that has an important role in the implementation of service to the community, this which then makes the Camat as the spearhead in the implementation of public duties task as well as some autonomy affairs delegated by the Regent / Mayor to be implemented within the district. One of the duties of the subdistrict head is to conduct an orderly administration of the village administration. The importance of fostering administrative village due to administration is kelengakapan of a government organization, because without the administration does not allow an organizational activity can be implemented. However, it seems that there is still a lot of guidance done by the subdistrict head has not run maximally, one of which is the fostering of village government administration. Whereas the lack of coaching has affected the village government in running the government, due to the lack of guidance provided, the village officials do not know what they should do. The purpose of the research is to know the role of the sub-district in fostering the administration of the village administration in the subdistrict of Mandau Bengkalis Regency and to know and explain other factors that hamper the subdistrict head in fostering the village administration in the subdistrict Mandau Bengkalis district. In accordance with the research problem, the type of research used is Quantitative method with the type of descriptive research by way of suvey. The result of the research shows that the role of the sub-district in fostering the village administration in Mandau sub-district of Bengkalis Regency can be quite good which is determined by five indicators: guidance, supervision, consultation, guidance and facilitation with recapitulation result of 59%.
