Being a Go-jek driver must have agreat motivation in order to be able to provide good service to customers. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of gratitude on the quality of service for online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Pekanbaru. The subject of this study consisted of 98 people consisting of 95 men and 3 women, starting from the age range of 20-40 years. The side technique used was convenience sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is the scale of gratitude and scale of service quality.
